Hi Team,
I am trying to start weblogic 12c with a domain. I am getting below error.
weblogic.management.provider.internal.RuntimeAccessImpl$ParseException: [Management:12345]Parsing failure in config.xml: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The provider Provider already exists.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Can you please clarify if the server starts fine outside of the MyEclipse IDE?
If the server starts fine outside of the IDE, please recheck if you are configuring the correct path for BEA home in the connector.
