Someone was asking about tools for generating webservice client components from an existing WSDL.
I like the idea of being able to point My Eclipse at a deployed Web Servive and request the WSDL or use a local WSLD and then generate the client stubs. Perhaps using Axis or something.
Too bad that the Eclipse WebTools Platform is not really usable side by side with MyEclipse. The wsdl and schema editor from the WebTools is really, really gread. I have a second Eclipse installation with MyEclipse where ONLY MyEclipse is installed because it seems that MyEclipse is not tolerating other plugins.
MyEclipse builds on the WTP platform, that is why there are issues with installing both in the same Eclipse install. We are looking and rolling in the Webservice support from WTP for our 5.0 release, so you should be happy with the result.
