    Hi,

I am creating a web service from a WSDL file using webservices wizard in MyEclipse 6.0.0M1 IDE. When I set the webservices runtime, options are: Apache Axis and Apache Axis2 and there is no server options. I have a Websphere 6.1 server installed and configured. My problem is I have to use WAS 6.1 webservices engine (IBM websphere JAX-RPC). How could I do that?

    Thanks,
    L

    L,
There are a lot of conflicting things going on here. Let me clarify:

    1. MyEclipse provides web services capabilities based on XFire right now. We will be adding support for JAX-WS in a future release.

    2. MyEclipse Standard and Pro do not support IBM Websphere WS platform *but* our upcoming release of MyEclipse Blue Edition in March will support this.

    3. MyEclipse does not provide *any* support for Axis 1 or Axis 2. This functionality is being provided by WTP, which is a separate product, and not compatible with MyEclipse.

I hope that helps clear things up a bit.
