Is there anything that details the feature set integrated into ME from the web tools project?

Currently it consists of the WTP editors (XML, HTML, JSP, etc), unfortunately we don’t have this explicitly outlined anywhere.
Actually, we took (and worked feverishly to fix) a good bit more of it than just the editors. And, going forward we’ll probably pick up a bit more, but we’ll be much more careful about allowing time for proper debug and optimization of the components. We definately learned from the 3.8.0 experience.
