I have registered to Apple Developer Program as individuals already .
In App Center Digital Signing Data Generator, what should I fill to the company information input fields of Certificate Name,Depertment Name/Organizational Unit etc. ?

Can I leave with emptying all 6 entry fields including the Certificate name?

No, include at least your identity. A certificate is all about identifying the owning/responsible party.

I filled to the input fields of Certificate including my name.

I could download the generated .zip file.
Then I requested a digital certificate (approved).
And I tried Ad Hoc distribution to my iphone(completed a distribution).

So, I was able to advance significantly the process to distribution.
But the installation was failed maybe with some other reason.

I think that is another topic. So, if you do not mind, please close this topic.
