Hey Robert,
Well here’s the tenative scoop, 2.7 has to go GA first which will happen in Feb. I’m not stating early/mid/late because I don’t know and I’ll let Scott handle that. After that then I suppose more time can be spent on 3.7 but the real bread and butter of the MyEclipse product is the 2.x stable releases. The 3.x series gets lower priority and there has been some desire to push out a 2.8 upgrade release with some nice polish and well-rounding closely after 2.7.

So because 3.x is intended as a preview product, I really have NO idea what its dev schedule will look like. Scott/Michael are better suited to answer this with more detail.

We’re looking at getting 2.7/3.7 GA out the door by the end of the month. As usual, 2.7 will be first and 3.7 should be a couple of days later.
