Can the app be setup to run on my server or it has to be on yours?

You can host it and run it on your server if you want. Actually, you have to if you want it to be online for more than 5 days without having to reupload it, or if your app is bigger than 1mb.

Just copy/paste the content of the project_export folder to your server and link to the html file.
