Under Linux (Ubuntu 7.1) with MyEclipse 6.5 I am not able to add beans to palette. Choose bean node under the beans folder in the palette does nothing, and I could not find anyting that does the job. What am I missing here?

    Seref,
You can hit the drop down on the top right hand corner of the Matisse palette and add a custom bean.

    Mysteriously,
Clicking on custom bean now opens a dialog that asks for class name, and the mentioned dropdown which did not work for me before works now.
I did a clean install of MyEclipse Ide, this time using the download for archived update site, and things look better. Thanks for your help, but in general, Matisse integration has some troubles. I guess they are mostly related to way that swing is embedded into swt.

I’ll make a note of this and let the dev team know about it. But I’m glad its working for you now.
