    I see it advertised but when I go to download it, the latest one is 4.0m2. In any case, this reports as version 3.9.211 (under the about dialog)

    MyEclipse 4.0 GA is not released yet. 4.0m3 is expected in the beginning of the next week.

    And the GA date will be 8/29.
