The URL http://www.myeclipseide.com/ContentExpress-display-ceid-52.html
indicates a preview button. Where is is?It’s at the bottom of out HTML and JSP editor. If you need me to tell you why you don’t see it, I’m going to need more information from what. The information I need is under MyEclipse > About MyEclipse > Configuration/Installation Summary
Additionally, try right clicking on your JSP or HTML file that you are trying to open and go to Open With and make sure that a MyEclipse designer is selected and not some default editor from say WTP.
