Support has advised me to uninstall my corrupted Blue Edition 8.5 (an upgrade from 8.0 via Pulse failed). But I cannot find it anywhere. Windows Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel has no app entry for ME.
any ideas?

How did you install ME Blue 8.5? Using all-in-one installer / pulse? If it is the former, it should be located under Start > Programs > MyEclipse Blue > MyEclipse Blue 8.5 > Uninstall…
In case you have installed it using pulse, it should be located under Start > Programs > Pulse > MyEclipse Blue 8.5 > Uninstall….Best.
