    I seem to recall that JSP debugging doesn’t work with Tomcat. (I have 4.1.27.) Is this correct?

    If so, which server do you recommend for developing JSP applications? It should be open source, if at all possible.

    Kai,

    You are correct in that it doesn’t operate with Tomcat 4, because it does not support JSR-045. However, it works beautifully with either Tomcat 5 or Jetty 5. Take your pick.
