Hello,
Why do I get a wanning of “Couldn’t run file sync for project: FileSync mapping is missing. Don’t panic, simply call your project owner.” I do not want to do the file sync. can I stop it?

I have no idea, sounds like you are using a separate plugin.

http://andrei.gmxhome.de/filesync/index.htmlNo, I did not install this plugin. I just clicked “Force file Synchronization” in the popup menu of right click on the project. Then, it seems can not stop and my application is runing very slowly and sometime got outOfMemoryErrors.
That functionality *is* provided by that plugin and not MyEclipse, please see the screenshots: http://andrei.gmxhome.de/filesync/examples.html
