    Hi,
Tried to use MyEclipse Spring edition Windows 7. However the same keeps on crashing.
Is there a recommeded build and JDK for Windows 7?
    Regards,

    Hello Ashish,

The recommended builds are found on the Try/Download page. You can either choose the web installer, or the all-in-one download.

Did the installation appear to work for you, or not? If so, when launching MyEclipse for Spring, do you see anything in the error logs? One place to look is in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\\Genuitec\Common\logs (if installed in the default location, if not, find the Genuitec folder)

    Kind regards,
    Dave

I’ve used a 32 bit JVM/JDK (x86) with MyEclipse for all the years I’ve used ME on x64 Windows (Vista & 7), AFAIK it’s still not certified to run on an x64 JVM/JDK (like the base Eclipse is)
