I have a shiny new WIndows 8 box.

The ‘Design Center’ seems to work OK so far.
Tried to run in ‘Test Center’ – screen is all distorted – pages are all mixed up – not usable.

has anyone else tried on Windows 8 yet?

We have been testing win8 recently and have not noticed any major operation problems with MobiOne. Can you share more details and screenshots of the problems you are seeing. Also please share the version of MobiOne you are using on window 8.
