How can I insert a multiline Text in a Comment without pressing enter to get the line wraps?

Where are you inserting this comment? Into which tool/editor/screen/etc?

I was inserting text by doubleclicking the Comment object in any UML diagram.
Now I see that entering the text in the body section of the Comment properties suits better.
My suggestion is: when sizing the Comment object the lines should wrap according.
