[vadavalli]

When installing from the all-in-one install anywhere, after installation, the installer asked for the subcription key. When I gave the subscription key, the finish button was not enabled and Matise4MyEclipse was not installed. After trying to upgrade the subscription several times, it finally started but without M4M.

When I view the error log I found the message:

First, I’m very sorry that you’re experiencing this issue and that it has been so long to get a response for it. Unfortunately, your posting
and email arrived at the end of a Friday just prior to a 3-day holiday weekend in the US.

The problem you’re seeing with the subscription code can be caused by a mismatch between the entered subscriber id and subscription code
as well. Can you double check that the id and code are exactly as we sent them in your subscription confirmation email? Sometimes people
mis-enter them or copy / paste them with additional whitespace and problems like this can occur. Please let us know if this helps.

If that doesn’t clear up the issue, I’m sure your emails to support and subscriptions will get you a prompt response no later than tomorrow when everyone is back in the office. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please email the subscriber ID and subscription code that’s causing this issue to subscriptions at myeclipseide dot com. I know you emailed describing this issue already, but I don’t believe you include this information and we’ll need it for testing.
