I’m having trouble using XDoclet with linked folders. I’m trying to bend an existing project to fit into MyEclipse’s format.

I have a linked folder supplying my source code for my EJBs. But, when I run XDoclet, it resolves the source path relative to the project’s path instead of using the linked folder.

I’d expected it to use the linked folder’s path.

Any ideas?
