We are just in the process of creating a new strategy for creating web services and after trying the XFire in Myeclipse I found it to be the most user friendly way.

However after going to the XFire web site http://xfire.codehaus.org/ as you know it states that any new projects should be with the new CXF.

I’ve searched the forum and can see you are not planning on withdrawing support for XFire but would like to know if your planning on including CXF or replacing XFire with CXF down the line and if so will it be easy to convert from xfire to CXF?

We just want to be sure using Xfire is the right direction.

    Thanks,

    Jason.

At the moment we have no plans of moving to CFX so you can continue using XFire. I’ll keep you updated on the progress that we make in this direction.
