    Hi,
    I just purchased a Codemix personal license, following the “buy” link on the extension dialog.
    The purchase has been completed and I can see the active license in the my profile section on genuitec website, but if I click on “check access” which should activate the license on eclipse I get a “Your accounts needs to be activated. Please check your mail” message.

    I can successfully login with my credentials on genuitec.com, but I am not receiving any activation mail. I’ve even tried to reset the password and update the login details on eclipse, but I am always getting the same message and the license purchased is not applied.

    Any help?

    Really sorry you’ve run into this issue with activation – I’m assuming you’ve already checked your spam folder for the activation email, in case it made its way there?

    I’ve raised this issue with our sales and services team, we’ll get this sorted out ASAP.

    Fabrizio,

    We’re still looking into what went wrong, but in the meanwhile, we’ve manually activated your account. If you check again, the license will be applied locally.
