Hi,

Do you know how to create that animation when we login… YOu know? When we login, it goes to new page with animation of bar that said.. you are loging in..hang tight!…. that is pretty neat trick… Did you use gif animation or flash? Can you please tell me? I appreciate it much…

I want to implement similiar login feature for my web applications… and if you guys direct me to the rght direction, I appreciate it much!

The progress bar we currently use for user login/logout, while based on an open-source contribution, is designed specifically for the MyEclipse portal. You should also find a number of JavaScript implementation of a progress bar that you can include in your site. here is an interesting example:
